Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 days. You’ll be on your way to your next session before you know it.
Return Window
Returns are accepted before 5 days from delivery, and only on an unopened, sealed box. Opened tubs cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the parcel is received at our facility and verified. Once verified, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reach your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery
No returns or refunds are available on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
